Hexa uses AI to make selling faster, smarter, and easier. This page explains how our AI features work, what data they process, and what steps we take to ensure transparency, privacy, and responsible usage.

1. Overview of AI Features

Hexa uses machine learning and natural language processing to provide the following features:

  • 🔹 AI-generated call summaries

  • 🔹 Smart follow-up draft generation

  • 🔹 Objection and topic tagging

  • 🔹 Deal health scoring

  • 🔹 Sales copilot Q&A (conversational assistant)

These features are designed to assist human reps — not replace them.

2. What Data is Used

To power these AI features, Hexa may process:

  • Call audio or transcripts

  • Meeting notes

  • CRM data (e.g., opportunity stage, rep, company name)

  • Email threads (if connected)

  • User questions (for AI Copilot or chat input)

All processed data is securely encrypted in transit and at rest.

3. AI Model Scope

We use both internally developed models and, where appropriate, trusted external AI providers via secure API.

However:

  • No customer data is used to train public models

  • We do not sell, license, or expose your data to other customers

  • Each customer’s data is strictly siloed

Hexa does not currently allow AI-generated content to take automated action (e.g., sending messages without human confirmation).

4. Data Retention for AI

For quality assurance, summaries and AI outputs may be temporarily logged and reviewed — but only:

  • When necessary to diagnose technical issues

  • Under internal security controls

  • Never for model retraining without your consent

You can request deletion of all AI-generated content associated with your account by contacting privacy@hexa.so.

5. Accuracy & Limitations

AI features are designed to assist — not be definitive. Outputs may sometimes:

  • Misinterpret speaker tone or intent

  • Miss key context not in the transcript

  • Include grammatical or structural issues

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing, sending, or acting on it.

6. Opting Out or Disabling AI

If you or your organization wish to:

  • Disable specific AI features

  • Require human review before AI suggestions are shown

  • Restrict AI to non-personal data only

7. Responsible Use

Hexa is committed to responsible AI development. That means:

  • Regular internal audits

  • Monitoring for hallucination, bias, and misuse

  • No hidden automation or ghost decision-making

  • Compliance with emerging AI governance standards

We encourage our users to treat AI suggestions as augmented guidance, not final truth.

8. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this page as our AI capabilities evolve. When we do, the "Effective Date" at the top will change, and we will notify customers as required.
