If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and warrant that you have the authority to do so.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Hexa provides AI-powered sales enablement software including, but not limited to, features such as:
Automatic meeting summaries
Conversation analysis
Deal room collaboration
Forecasting tools
CRM and calendar integrations
AI assistants for sales Q&A and follow-up generation
The exact features available to you may depend on your plan tier, subscription type, or custom agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
You are not a person barred from receiving the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction
4. Account Registration & Security
To access most parts of Hexa, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach
You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to access data or features not intended for you
Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of the Service
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code or data
Use the Service to train, compete with, or replicate an AI system
Hexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. AI & Data Use Disclosure
Hexa uses machine learning models to generate summaries, insights, and automated content. You acknowledge and agree that:
AI outputs may not be 100% accurate or appropriate
You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and editing AI-generated content
By using AI features, you grant us the right to process relevant conversation data for that purpose
We do not use your data to train public models or third-party systems

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay all fees associated with your plan (monthly or annually, as selected)
Allow us to charge your chosen payment method via our third-party provider
Be billed automatically on renewal unless you cancel in advance
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time with 30 days’ notice.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
You’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law
In some cases (e.g., failed payment), your access may be suspended or downgraded.
9. Intellectual Property
Hexa and its licensors own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including all underlying software, designs, logos, and trademarks.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service.
You retain ownership of your data. We will not use it for training external models, resale, or advertising.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we may collect, process, and store your data as described.
We implement industry-standard security practices and offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for customers handling EU/EEA user data.
11. Disclaimers
Hexa is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
That the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
Results or outcomes from using the Service
You use the Service at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexa shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
In all cases, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for:
Violations of these Terms
Fraudulent or abusive activity
Legal or compliance obligations
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Modifications to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice.
Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
